Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Online payments can be made with Visa or Visa Debit, Mastercard and PayPal using our secure checkout process. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is currently added. For orders outside of the UK, VAT is not added but your order may be subject to your delivery countries sales tax upon delivery or at customs.

If you have made a mistake in your order and you need to amend or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make the required changes to your order for you.

Postage and Packing

Our delivery charge is capped at just £1.99 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery. You may upgrade your postage to a next day service for £5.95. Orders over £100 qualify for a free next day delivery service. Please note that to receive a next day service - orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.

We offer international shipping throughout much of Europe, Australia, Canada, South Africa and the USA amongst others. Please use our Estimate Delivery Charges calculator in the checkout to estimate the cost of shipping your order if you are an international customer.

Delivery Schedule

We understand that you want to enjoy your new purchases right away and will always despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. General delivery times are outlined below - Please note that during busier times it is possible that up to a 24-hour delay may occur for despatch of your order.

Orders are generally despatched within 2 business days and sent via Royal Mail or Interlink Courier Service dependant upon weight and order value.

Interlink deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Interlink will contact you by email after despatch of your order to arrange a delivery slot to suit you.

You must inform us within two working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

International Orders are generally despatched within 3 business days and sent via Royal Mail International post or Interlink Courier Service dependent upon weight and order value.

Interlink deliveries may utilise a further courier service to deliver within your country. You will be required to sign for your goods upon delivery. Delivery estimates are 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for non-European countries.

By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

For UK orders, if an item is not in stock, we may back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back orders will be despatched as soon as the item returns to stock and will be sent at our cost. We do not back order for international orders.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy

We want you enjoy your purchase from Inspirations. If you have cause to return your order to us, please take note of the return information provided below. Please note: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days upon our receipt of the return.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. In this situation we will refund your postage costs to you when we process your refund or exchange.

Any goods must be returned in saleable condition.

You may also return goods that have been purchased online by visiting our store in Preston. Pleasde ensure that you bring the documentation that you received with your order so that your return may be processed in store.

These terms apply to an order placed at this time. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future.

Booking classes at Inspirations store

Please note payment will be taken at the time of booking, either via telephone on 01772 880852 or in store.
This is non-refundable, unless the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforseen circumstances.
Should you cancel your booking within 7 days of the workshop, only 50% of the full amount paid will be refunded. 3 days or less notice will result in no refund being given.
Please book in at the counter when you arrive for your workshop. You will then be given your 10% off voucher for use on any products bought on the day (excluding sale and multibuy items).
Minimum age for participation in any class is 16.
