Standard UK Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge is capped at just £1.99 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery and orders over £100 qualify for free next day delivery.
Next Day Delivery Upgrade
We also offer a fully trackable next-day delivery service for just £5.95 on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will despatch the next working day. The couriers will contact you with a 1-hour delivery slot that can be changed to suit you. Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will be two day delivery as standard.
Please note that the next-day service is not available for Saturday delivery (orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered on Monday).
International Shipping Charges
We now also ship to Europe and many other countries worldwide - Please see below for a full list. We apologise if we do not currently ship to your country but will be adding new countries to our shipping list in the near future - please email us at email@example.com if you would like to request a country that we do not currently ship to and we will do our best to accommodate.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is currently added. For orders outside of the UK, VAT is not added but your order may be subject to your delivery countries sales tax upon delivery or at customs.
General Shipping Information
We understand that you want to enjoy your new purchases right away and will always despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. General delivery times are outlined below - Please note that during busier times it is possible that up to a 24-hour delay may occur for despatch of your order.
Orders are generally despatched within 3-5 business days and sent via Royal Mail or Interlink Courier Service dependant upon weight and order value.
Interlink deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Interlink will contact you by e-mail after despatch of your order to arrange a delivery slot to suit you.
You must inform us within five working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Click & Collect
We now offer a click and collect service where you may order and pay for your items online and collect them at your leisure from our Preston superstore.
Orders placed on a Monday to Friday before 12pm will be available to collect in-store the very same day from 2pm. Orders placed after 12pm on a Sunday to Thursday will be available to collect in-store from 2pm the next day. Orders placed between 2pm on a Friday and 12pm on a Monday will be available to collect in-store from 2pm on the Monday.
Orders can be collected from the main counter in-store. Please ensure that you bring your printed-out invoice (or your invoice on a mobile phone/tablet), along with the card you used to pay online so that we can process your Click & Collect order as quickly as possible in-store
